German tooling manufacturer Spilker GmbH will exhibit at labelexpo India 2018, India Expo
Centre and Mart Greater Noida India 22-25 November 2018 along with their
exclusive agent Weldon Celloplast Ltd.
New Delhi on stand C14. They will be exhibiting their entire range of magnetic
cylinders, print cylinders, Rotary dies, special Anvil cylinders, etc. Spilker is a family-run

The new adjustable anvil cylinder by
Spilker
The further
development of the Variabase offers even more flexibility and precision and
facilitates maximum fine adjustment of the gap. Thanks to the compact
construction the installation in the cutting station is as easy as with a
normal counter pressure cylinder. No adjustments are necessary at the cutting
station.
Spilker MicroGap Anvil
Absolutely precise and easy handling
The gap can be precisely changed by fine adjustment in steps of 0,5
microns. The adjustment is made with one movement absolutely synchronously on
machine side and operator side so that parallelism is always guaranteed. The
standard adjustable range is ± 0,03 mm but individual adjustable ranges are
also available on request.
